What a Coaching Relationship Looks Like

Here's a quick look at the nuts and bolts of the coaching process. I usually start with a free exploratory session, which gives you the chance to meet me, talk through our objectives and expectations, and see if we're a good fit for each other. (If I'm not the best match for you, I'm always happy to refer you to other great coaches I know!)

In our first session, we'll spend some time building relationship, then focus in on the growth objective you want to pursue. In each session we'll develop a set of action steps you choose that will keep you moving forward toward that goal. The coaching relationship provides a regular support structure with encouragement and accountability to keep you focused and on track with your important objectives.

I generally meet with my clients by phone, three times a month for 45 minutes each time. E-mail contact and short “spot calls” of 5 minutes or less between sessions are included free of charge. Before the exploratory session I'll send you a contract that includes these details so we have it all in writing.

Coaching Fees

I charge _____ per month, with a __ % discount for full-time ministry workers. I ask for a three month commitment up front to make sure you see the results coaching can bring. We’ll go month-to-month after that.

Discover Your Destiny Package

Ever wonder what God put you on this earth for? This coaching package takes you through a 90 day experience in discovering what you were made to do and beginning to create a plan to walk it out. The Discover Your Destiny package includes:

9 – 45 minute coaching sessions over 90 days
Free spot calls and e-mail between sessions
A personality assessment, validation session and personalized report
Discovery exercises to help you clarify what you want to do, who you want to help, what your abilities are, etc.
Developing a life vision and mission statement
Developing a set of life goals
Identifying your personal core values
